Trovi – Public Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Trovi.

By using Trovi, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Trovi provides a platform enabling users to:

• Discover events
• Organise vide greniers and brocantes
• Register as sellers
• Browse and purchase second-hand items
• Communicate with organisers and sellers
• Use QR-based event access systems
• Process payments through third-party payment providers

Trovi may modify or improve services at any time.

Users may create accounts as:

• Organisers
• Sellers (Exposants)
• Buyers (Chineurs)

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep credentials secure
• Maintain updated account information
• Use the platform lawfully

Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their account.

Organisers are responsible for:

• Accuracy of event information
• Compliance with local laws and regulations
• Management of their events
• Communication with participants
• Allocation of stands or placements

Trovi does not guarantee event attendance, profitability, or success.

Sellers are responsible for:

• Accuracy of listings
• Ownership of items sold
• Compliance with applicable laws
• Respecting organiser rules
• Delivery or handover of sold items where applicable

Sellers may not sell prohibited or unlawful items.

Buyers are responsible for:

• Reviewing item details carefully
• Communicating respectfully
• Completing transactions honestly

Trovi does not independently verify all items or sellers.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers including Stripe.

By using payment functionality, users agree:

• Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees and terms
• Trovi may apply platform service fees or commissions
• Payment disputes may be subject to third-party provider procedures
• Trovi is not a bank or financial institution

Trovi may charge:

• Organiser fees
• Seller transaction commissions
• Buyer subscription fees
• Promotional listing fees

Applicable pricing may change over time.

Users may not:

• Use Trovi unlawfully
• Commit fraud
• Harass other users
• Upload illegal content
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems
• Circumvent payment systems
• Share malicious software
• Impersonate others

Trovi may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

Trovi and its branding, software, content, and design elements remain the property of Trovi or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Trovi a licence to display and distribute such content for platform functionality.

Trovi aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Trovi is provided "as is"
• Trovi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Trovi is not responsible for disputes between users
• Trovi does not guarantee sales, attendance, or financial outcomes
• Users participate in events and transactions at their own risk

Trovi may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the platform
• Legal or security reasons

Users may close their account at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in France unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

Trovi may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
